I am a facilitator of change. I have 20 years of management consulting experience at McKinsey&Co, and Adobe’s Professional Services group, primarily in the field of Digital Transformation.At Adobe I designed, developed and productized a new Organizational Growth Practice service line. It provides strategies around people, processes, culture and structure to ensure successful implementation, adoption and retention of Adobe’s Digital Marketing suite of products in the client environment.
After graduating with a M.A. in French Language and Literature, I worked as an actor, model, journalist and fitness instructor in London, Mumbai and New York. I am a certified Business and Life Coach (CTI), Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (ISSA), and Meditation Practitioner.
