As a leader and HR professional, I saw this often, when promotion turns into overwhelm, exhaustion, and burnout. It’s the reason I created Leadership Lift.
So what’s my story? I won my first State HR Management role at 28. I jumped into operations and managed 2 states, a territory, 450 people, and a budget of over $80M before heading back to HR. In my 40s I got divorced became a 1st-time mum, took on a Board Chair role and decided to start a business. I know that leadership is the key to business success and that traditional leadership programs are not are not working and I wanted to create programs that actually made a difference. So I created Leadership Lift to help SMEs harness the power of their leadership teams.
I’ve worked with 100s of managers and their teams. I studied leadership, neuroscience, management, and positive psychology. I understand your challenges and have successfully overcome them.
