After beginning my career in supply chain management in a global corporate, I had the opportunity to join a start-up recruitment company where I was part of the senior leadership team that grew the business from £250k to £9m turnover during my time there. More recently, I have taken an equity stake and exec leadership roles in 2 exciting and diverse businesses; Avenue & Greene which is a premium soft drinks company and TailHail which is an innovative tech business in the private aviation space. I thrive on growing early stage businesses, using my leadership to move them forwards.
