Bio : –

I am an MBA educated senior executive, and former Army officer, with global experience of building, and leading, dispersed, multi-cultural, multi-skilled teams.

I excel in high pressure environments and have a demonstrated record of accomplishment in creation of a business’ strategic intent, providing clear, decisive, leadership within major global corporations undertaking significant transformation & change.

Throughout my career I have worked globally, in leadership roles within B2B and B2C environments, across Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Construction, Transport, Financial Services, Media & Telecommunications, Utilities and Defence.

I’m passionate about physical and mental health and the influence this plays on professional performance and personal fulfilment.

Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty and Trust are critical values to me, and I always put these at heart of my actions and behaviour, seeking to build and instil these values in the teams and people I am fortunate to lead or work with.

I believe we all have a responsibility to help make the world a better place and try, in my own way, to do so, by providing my time and expertise, as the Board Chair for a regional charity.
