Am an experienced Human Resources professional with over Eighteen years banking experience in funds transfer, internal audit, manpower planning, recruitment, performance management project execution, staffing and learning management in Zenith Bank Plc, Nigeria. I have learnt to work with systems, processes and people to achieve great results using strategic HR models.
I have also developed skills in HR strategy and organizational behavior, analysis of business problems, business ethics and execution.
