I was losing focus on family, self, and fun, and at the brink of not only burning out myself but my high-performing team members. I had to shift my priorities so I could put the joy back in my work and empower my team.
Using a combination of Lean/Six Sigma tools, engagement strategies, and communication methods, I transformed my teams to work together, innovate, improve accountability and efficiency and, ultimately, increase margins so that we could serve even more patients in less time, with less stress.
And so, my mission to help leaders and physician practice owners reclaim their passion through optimization was born.
