Originally from Wisconsin, I began cooking for my family by age 8 with a love of food driving me to experiment with her Hispanic and German heritage. I spent most days after school creating dinner and deserts with whatever was on hand in the pantry. I gained a BBA in Marketing and turned to the business world for much of my career but continued to expand my palate(and my family’s) as I went around the world trying international cuisines and then working to recreate those within my kitchen.
I always dreamed of becoming a chef at some point, however, my passion to see chefs succeed in the evolving technology world along with change in the food industry is driving me to support and drive a superior chef and customer experience via Food, Fire + Knives.
I made a name for myself in transforming non-digital companies to embrace digital experiences and continues to leverage my connections in those spaces to bring new food experiences via our platform. Having a strong customer service background and a passion for great experiences that involve chefs, customers and amazing food allows me to indulge in my love of cooking and enjoying what our chefs bring to the table.
